Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping

- You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any packaging intact.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
