Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders placed through My Guia are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us through our Contact page. Orders that have already entered the preparation process may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

• Submit your return request, including your order number.
• Once your request has been approved, send the product to the address provided.
• After the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or personalization will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
