Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding purchases made through My Guia.

Parties

Seller: My Guia

Buyer: The customer who places an order through the website.

Subject of the Agreement

The details of the Buyer's order, including the essential characteristics of the product(s), the sale price, and delivery information, are specified in the order summary and the order confirmation email.

Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected using the payment method selected during checkout. Delivery times and shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a person designated by the Buyer. For further details, please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
